  • We’ll list your property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), websites like Zillow and Realtor.com, and work with agents and potential tenants to coordinate showings and applications.

  • Fair Housing Laws and other regulations can be tricky to navigate, and mistakes can land people in legal trouble. Our team knows how to navigate laws and local restrictions to ensure you don’t end up in hot water.

  • We’ll run credit and background checks, verify employment and living history, and screen pets.

  • Make paying rent as easy as possible for both your tenants and yourself. Get immediate payment notifications through your landlord portal and receive your payout directly through the platform.

  • Receive any tenant requests for maintenance and repairs through your landlord portal. You’ll have the option to approve work yourself, and our team will take care of the repairs and communication.

  • Our team works around the clock. Overnight emergencies, natural disasters, and urgent issues are not a problem - we’ll take care of it.

  • Our team will coordinate to ensure all keys and items are delivered to new tenants and picked up upon move-out. We conduct walkthroughs at the beginning and end of each lease to verify the condition of your property.

  • If any questions or concerns pop up during the lease, we’ll speak directly with your tenants to ensure that they are taken care of.

  • We’ll create a comprehensive report detailing the rental outlook in your area to help you determine the best strategy for your property in terms of use case, maintenance, tenant policies, and price.

  • Let’s get your listing out there! We post your property on the MLS as well as sites including Zillow, Redfin, Facebook Marketplace, and Rent.com to get as many eyes on it as possible.

  • Evictions are relatively uncommon but unfortunately do happen. Our team will take all appropriate actions, file for eviction, and can represent you in court as a Broker if needed. We’ll walk you through the entire process to figure out the course of action that works best for your case.

  • Get access to statements and financial reporting to help keep tabs on your investments.
